热处理对低碳高铬白口铸铁性能的影响

【摘要】 对低碳高铬白口铸铁进行不同的热处理工艺试验,探讨了淬火温度、二次保温时间及激冷方式对其性能的影响。结果表明,低碳高铬白口铸铁在1050℃淬火后的硬度最高、耐磨性最佳;适当延长高温或二次保温时间,都能够使低碳高铬铸铁获得较高的硬度及耐磨性;保温时间过长,性能变差;高铬铸铁采用激冷铸型时具有更高的硬度,但耐磨性下降。

【Abstract】 Different heat treatments have been carried out for low carbon-high chromium cast iron(HCCI),and the effects of austenizing temperature,secondary holding time and chilling mode on its properties were studied.The results show that the HCCI achieve the highest hardness and the best wear resistance after being quenched at 1050 ℃.High hardness and better wear resistance can be obtained by prolonging the high temperature holding and the secondary holding time.However,too long a holding time will result in degrading of the properties.The chilled cast iron obtains higher hardness but worse wear resistance.
