镍、钼含量对低碳高合金钢组织和性能的影响
Effects of nickel and molybdenum content on microstructure and properties of low carbon high alloyed steel
【摘要】 用光学显微镜、X射线衍射仪及洛氏硬度计,研究了镍、钼含量对低碳高合金钢组织和性能的影响。结果表明,随着低碳高合金试验钢中镍、钼含量的变化(1.0%~0.8%Ni,0.7%~0.5%Mo),其均匀化退火后的组织发生变化,而淬火+回火后均为板条马氏体组织。随镍含量的降低,硬度和冲击韧性降低;随钼含量的降低,硬度变化不大,冲击韧性有所提高;降低镍、钼含量,耐腐蚀性能稍有下降,但仍处在尚耐蚀级别。含镍0.8%,钼0.5%的低碳高合金钢达到了矿山衬板的性能要求,从成本考虑更经济。
【Abstract】 The effects of nickel and molybdenum content on microstructure and properties of low carbon high alloyed steel were carried out by means of OM,XRD and rockwell hardness tester.The results show that the microstructure of low carbon alloyed steel changes after annealing along with the nickel and molybdenum content variety(nickel from 1.0wt% to 0.8wt%,molybdenum from 0.7 wt% to 0.5 wt%),but is still tempered lath martensite after quenching and tempering.With the nickel content decreasing,the hardness and the toughness decrease;with the molybdenum content decreasing,the hardness changes a little and the impact toughness increases.The corrosion resistance of materials decreases slightly,but is still the level of even corrosion resistance,with decreasing the nickel and molybdenum content.The low carbon high alloyed steel with 0.8%Nb and 0.5%Mo can meet the requirements of the mine liner and is less cost.
