热处理对高铬铸铁组织与性能的影响
Effects of heat treatments on structure and properties of a high chromium cast iron
【摘要】 利用光学显微镜分析了经不同工艺热处理后高铬铸铁样品的微观组织变化,测定了试样的冲击韧性和硬度。结果表明,经(950~980)℃×2 h油淬+400℃×4 h回火后,高铬铸铁试样的基体硬度大于60 HRC,梅氏缺口试样的冲击韧度值不低于9 J/cm-2。
【Abstract】 The microstructure of high chromium cast iron samples after different heat treatment processes was analyzed by optical microscope.The hardness and impact toughness of samples were measured.The results show that after 950 ℃ to 980 ℃ oil quenching and tempering at 400 ℃ the hardness of a high chromium cast iron is higher than 60HRC and the impact toughness is not lower than 9 J/cm-2.
