铸态铝硅合金在磷酸盐电解液中表面陶瓷化行为及结构特征
Plasma electrolytic oxidation of cast Al-Si alloys in phosphate electrolyte
【摘要】 采用等离子体电解氧化技术在铝硅合金表面制备了陶瓷层,电解液为磷酸盐系列。利用轮廓仪、SEM和XRD对陶瓷层的粗糙度、形貌和相组成进行了研究。结果表明,PEO处理过程可分为4个典型阶段。随处理时间延长,陶瓷层的厚度近似线性增长,表面缺陷增大增多,粗糙度显著增加,达到9.5μm。PEO处理初期只生成γ-Al2O3,一定时间后α-Al2O3出现,其相对含量逐渐增多。
【Abstract】 Ceramic coatings were prepared on cast aluminum-silicon alloys in phosphate electrolyte by plasma electrolytic oxidation(PEO).The value of current and voltage were collected by auto-PEO system.Surface roughness,morphologies and composition were studied by surface profiler stylus,SEM and X-ray diffraction.The results show that there are four different typical stages during PEO process.The thickness of coating grew linearly over time.The size of discharge channel and microcracks increased with the treatment time increasing,the roughness could reach 9.5 μm.The XRD investigation indicated that the coating was mainly composed of γ-Al2O3 and α-Al2O3.
