AZ31B变形镁合金板坯的组织与性能研究
Microstructure and properties of AZ31B wrought magnesium alloy slab
【摘要】 采用半连铸法制备了AZ31B镁合金板坯,研究了化学成分、杂质含量及均匀化退火工艺对AZ31B变形镁合金板材组织和性能的影响,通过冲断试验对试验板坯的宏观断口进行了分析。结果表明,所制备AZ31B镁合金板坯中的Mn、Fe元素含量超标导致板坯出现粗大柱状晶以及金属间化合物等缺陷,因此该成分的板坯只适合轧制中厚度的板材。该合金板坯采用阶段均匀化退火制度(380℃×8h+420℃×6h),改一火多道次轧制工艺为多火多道次,可轧制出8mm厚板材,其力学性能达到相应标准要求。
【Abstract】 AZ31B magnesium alloy slab was prepared by semi-continuous casting.Influence of chemical components,impurities and homogenizing annealing process on microstructure and properties of AZ31B magnesium alloy plate was studied.The macroscopic fracture of the alloy slab was analysised by impact test.The results show that there are defects of large columnar grains and intermetallic compounds in the slab of AZ31B magnesium alloy when the volume fraction of Mn and Fe elements are higher than standard value.The plate with 8 mm in thickness can be obtained by stage homogenizing annealing(380 ℃×8 h+ 420 ℃×6 h) and multiple-annealing multiple-rolling instead of single-annealing multiple-rolling,and the mechanical properties can fulfill the requirement of corresponding standard.
