紫铜的深冷处理研究
Investigation on deep cryogenic treatment of copper
【摘要】 采用显微硬度、拉伸试验、XRD、光学显微镜等手段,对紫铜深冷处理前后的力学性能和组织进行了对比分析。结果表明,深冷处理24 h后,紫铜的显微硬度和强度都得到了提高;深冷处理会引起衍射峰的强弱变化,出现择优趋向;同时衍射峰发生了宽化,可能是晶粒细化引起的。
【Abstract】 The mechanical properties and microstructures of the copper with deep cryogenic treatment were analyzed by microhardness tester,tensile tester,X-ray diffraction and optical microscope.The results indicate that by deep cryogenic treatment for 24h,the strength and microhardness of the copper are improved.There are changes in the diffraction peaks of the treated material and preferred orientation occurs.The diffraction peaks widen as a result of grain refinement.
