40Cr钢磨削淬硬层的磨损试验

【摘要】 在平面磨床上对40Cr钢进行了磨削淬硬处理,研究了磨削淬硬层的组织、耐磨性和磨损机理。结果表明,40Cr钢磨削淬硬层主要由板条马氏体和孪晶马氏体组成,位错密度较高;淬硬层显微硬度高达670 HV0.5,且存在残余压应力。与调质态基体相比,磨削淬硬层的耐磨性提高6~11倍;在干摩擦条件下,磨削淬硬层的磨损机理主要为磨粒磨损和氧化磨损。

【Abstract】 40Cr steel was grind-hardened on a plane grinder.The microstructure,wear resistance and wear mechanism of the grind-hardened layer were studied.The results indicate that the grind-hardened layer consists of the lath martensite and twin martensite,dislocation density is higher in the lath martensite.The microhardness is up to 670 HV0.5 and the compressive residual stresses are existing in the grind-hardened layer.Compared with the matrix,the wear resistance of the grind-hardened layer for 40Cr steel is increased by 6~11 times.The wear mechanisms of the grind-hardened layer are characterized abrasive and oxidation under dry sliding conditions.
