高产优质中籼稻扬稻6号“理想株型”的构建

【摘要】 以扬稻4号/3021的F1经60Co-γ辐射的后代为材料,运用"高生长量、高库容量、高充实度"的选择模式、个体植株"大、挺、疏、透、实、优、"及群体植株"足、强、秀、抗、立"的选择指标,对M1~M10连续选择,构建扬稻6号"理想株型"。系统分析扬稻6号株型的库容、茎系、叶系、群体以及抗逆特征,并讨论了长江中下游中籼稻"理想株型"构建的模式和田间选择方法。

【Abstract】 Using F1 seeds of the cross,"Yangdao 4×3021",treated with 60Co-γ radiation as materials,and applying "higher growth potential,sink capacity and plumpness" as selecting model,and "higher plant height making sure sufficient growth amount,moderate tillers,big panicle and higher grain weight satisfying higher individual yield,thicker,erect and sparse leaves permitting good photosynthesis,strong and substantial stems providing lodging resistance,longer,crystal grains with higher head rice rate and less chalkiness" as selecting indices for rice individuals,and "adequate panicles,visible competitive heterosis,good photosynthetic transportation,multi-resistance to pests and diseases" as selecting indices for rice population,we constructed the ideal plant type of an elite indica rice cultivar,Yangdao 6,by continuously selecting in M1 to M10 generation.The characteristics of plant type of Yangdao 6 including sink capacity,stem system,leaf system,population and anti-adversity were systematically analyzed in this paper,and the construction model and selecting methods of ideal plant type in the field suitable for middle-season indica rice in the middle and lower reaches of Yangtze River were also discussed.
