【Abstract】 The principle of microbiological detection of antimicrobial residues is that antimicrobial agent residues could inhibit or kill microbes,so that there is a zone of inhibition around the tested animal tissue fluid.The article summarized the main factors influencing the sensitivity of the microbiological methods,such as selection of bacterial strain,definition of bacterial fluid concentration,means of carrying antibacterial agent,ingredient,thickness and pH of the medium,as well as selection of control tissue samples.The applications of several microbiological detection methods were also expounded.更多还原
