一种联合小曲与小波的SAR图像降噪方法

【摘要】 斑点噪声的抑制方法是合成孔径雷达(SAR)图像处理的重要研究课题之一。离散小波变换和随后出现的离散小曲(Curvelet)变换均已被应用于SAR图像降噪且表现出了各自独特的优势。为进一步提高降噪质量,目前出现了两种将两者联合应用于SAR图像降噪的方法——联合滤波法(CFA)和自适应联合法(ACM)。在以ACM为重点对已有联合降噪方法进行介绍的基础上,提出了一种联合Curvelet与小波抑制SAR图像斑点噪声的新方法——区域性模糊联合法(TFCM)。与ACM相比,它能够更有效地抑制SAR图像斑点噪声。

【Abstract】 Speckle reduction is an important research subject in synthetic aperture radar (SAR) image processing. The Discrete Wavelet Transform and the Discrete Curvelet Transform which appeared latter, have been applied for SAR image denoising and shown their respective advantages. At present, in order to improve the denoising quality further, two combined Curvelet and Wavelet denoising methods have appeared including the Combined Filtering Algorithm (CFA) and the Adaptive Combined Method (ACM), both of which are introduced in this paper. Further more, the papwr puts forward a new combined Curvelet and Wavelet denoising method for SAR images based on ACM-the Territorial Fuzzy Combined Method (TFCM), which can reduce the speckle noise of SAR images better than ACM.
