实例推理技术在解决车身制造问题中的应用
Application of case-based reasoning in auto-body manufacturing issues solving process
【摘要】 为有效解决车身制造问题,提出了利用实例推理技术构建面向车身制造问题的决策支持系统,在集成车身制造各知识模型的基础上,引入公理设计原理,建立故障诊断和分析的推理机制,较好地解决了系统知识库构建效率和方案生成过程中的准确性问题,并以生产实例说明了系统的工作原理。
【Abstract】 To effectively solve auto-body manufacturing problems,a decision-making support system was proposed by using Case-Based Reasoning(CBR) method to resolve auto-body manufacturing problems.Based on integration of various knowledge models for auto-body manufacturing,axiomatic design method was introduced.Failure diagnosis and analysis mechanism were also established to deal with construction efficiency for knowledge library and accuracy in scheme generation.An application example was used to illustrate working principles of the system.
