中国高技术产业内资企业技术引进的双重效应分析
Analysis on Duo-effect of Technology Introduction in Domestic Enterprises of China’s High-tech Industry
【摘要】 如何利用技术引进提升内资企业的市场绩效是一个重要课题。针对后发优势理论与中国高技术产业内资企业市场份额不断下降的矛盾,通过实证分析1995—2005年中国高技术产业新产品销售等数据,发现中国高技术产业内资企业技术引进存在着显著的双重效应,即内资企业技术引进费用与其新产品销售收入存在显著的负相关关系,与其新产品出口销售收入却存在显著的正相关关系。在此基础上,本文探讨了中国高技术产业内资企业技术引进双重效应的产生原因,即内资企业受发达国家技术出口限制,导致其通过后发模仿来进行技术创新的成效不显著。
【Abstract】 How to improve the market performance of domestic enterprises by technology introduction is an important issue.Aiming at the inconsistency between the late-developing advantage and the decreasing market share of domestic-funded enterprises in China’s high-tech industry,and using the data on sales turnover of new products in China’s high-tech industry during 1995-2005,this paper empirically analyzes the duo-effects of technology introduction in domestic enterprises of China’s high-tech industry.The result shows that the technology introduction exhibits the significant duo-effects,namely,there is the negative correlation between the technology introduction cost of domestic enterprises and the sales turnover of new products,while its correlation with the export revenue of new products is positive.It further probes into the reasons of the duo-effects which is that developed countries restricts their technologies export to China’s enterprises,which result in the inefficiency of technological innovation based on imitational simulate advantages in China’s domestic enterprises.
