【Abstract】 This paper designs the water environment management information system of river delta based on Web Geographic Information System(GIS).The system,with ArcIMS as the platform,SQL server as the database,which assures the ecological environment dynamic change can be monitored in real time,simulates the water quality pollution diffusion,forecasts the changing tendency of the water quality,appraises the quality of ecological environment,and offers early-warning and Spatial Decision Support(SDS).It realizes standardization and schematization of the water environment management.更多还原
