【摘要】 提出考虑资源约束的产品开发过程仿真模型。该模型考虑产品开发过程中的返工迭代以及资源约束,根据任务信息控制能力确定任务资源分配的优先级,相对于Cooper提出的资源分配方式具有更高的效率。仿真模型可以估算产品开发过程的具体信息,包括项目的总开发时间,完成各任务所花费的时间以及资源约束对项目完工时间的影响等。该模型可用于辅助项目管理人员预测和控制项目开发过程。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper presents a product development process simulation model taking account of resource constraint.Resources are assigned to activities based on their roles in controlling information spreading,and such resource assignment algorithm seems to be efficient compared with Cooper’s algorithm.Through this model,detailed information of project development process can be obtained,including project lead time,durations of each task,and the influence of resource binding upon project lead time.This model is useful in assisting project managers to predict,monitor and control product development.更多还原
