纳米TiO2光催化氧化微量丙酮气的研究

【摘要】 采用溶胶-凝胶法制备了纳米TiO2膜。测试了TiO2光催化剂对微量丙酮气的催化氧化反应性能的测试。结合TG,XRD及TEM等对催化剂的表征,研究了纳米TiO2膜的制备条件对其结构和反应性能的影响,探索了纳米TiO2膜光催化氧化的机理。结果表明:制得的TiO2膜平均粒径为20nm,TiO2膜经550℃焙烧后呈现锐钛型和少量金红石型晶体的混晶。当金红石型的质量分数为13.6%时,TiO2光催化剂表现出较好的催化活性,丙酮的转化率最高达到45.26%。

【Abstract】 The nano-TiO2 films were prepared with sol-gel method.The photocatalytic oxidation reaction performances of these photocatalysts in the micro acetone mixed with air were tested.The catalyst samples were characterized by TG,XRD and TEM etc,and the effect of preparation conditions on their structure and reaction activities were studied,and the photocatalytic oxidation mechanism were explored.The results showed that the average particle diameter of these photocatalysts was 20 nm.The nano-TiO2 films calcined at 550 ℃ had two crystal phases,anatase and rutile.When the content of the rutile was 13.6 %,the nano-TiO2 photocatalysts had better activity,and the conversion of acetone was 45.26 %.
