预沉组合式灌水器堵塞预测与验证
Clog Forecast and Experiment Validation of Drip Emitters
【摘要】 充分考虑灌溉水中悬浮固体物的水力特性,利用FLUENT软件实现了灌水器微小内流场中固液两相流数值模拟,得到了悬浮固体物的运移轨迹和密度分布,以及水流场的压力和速度矢量分布结果。悬浮固体物的模拟结果为预测堵塞的位置和程度提供了直接依据,而水流场的模拟结果则有助于理解悬浮固体物的堵塞行为。为了验证模拟结果的正确性,对预沉组合式进行了灌水器试验室"短周期"强化堵塞试验,其结果与模拟结论较为吻合。综合固液两相流模拟与试验室强化试验,提出并实现了一套有效的灌水器堵塞预测方法,这对于推动滴灌技术的发展具有重要的意义。
【Abstract】 This article considers the hydromechanical characteristic of suspend solid in the water,and carries out the numerical simulation of drip emitters based on two-phase flow simulation of liquid and solid in the FLUENT software.The transfer rules and the sediment of clog medium provide the direct basis in forecasting the block position and degree,while the pressure distributing and the velocity distributing of water make for the comprehension of the block behavior.Experiment is done to validate the numerical simulation.Combining the numerical simulation and experiment,this article provides and realizes a method to forecast the block of drip emitter.
