469Q汽油机正时同步带传动运动特性的分析研究
Study on Drive Characteristic of Synchronous Belt on 469Q Gasoline Engine
【摘要】 通过对469Q汽油机正时同步带传动运动特性的分析研究,提出了同步带横向振动的产生原因;同时,提出影响同步带振幅的主要因素是同步带跨度,并且通过试验验证了结论的正确性。结果表明,减小同步带跨度可有效减小同步带运动过程中横向振动幅度。因此,在进行发动机正时传动机构结构设计时,同步带类型确定后,其跨度大小是设计的关键。
【Abstract】 Based on the study of synchronous belt drive characteristic on 469Q gasoline engine,the paper puts forward the reason of the synchronous belt vibration and the span length of the synchronous belt is the main factor affecting the vibration amplitude.It has been tested and verified on 469Q gasoline engine in this paper.As a result,the transverse vibration amplitude of synchronous belt can be reduced efficiently by shortening the span length.So the synchronous belt span length is the most important part to the timing-transmission mechanism design.
