喷射成形Zn-38%(质量)Al-2%(质量)Cu耐磨性能研究
Wear-friction Properties of Zn-38wt%Al-2wt% Cu Alloy by Spray Deposition
【摘要】 研究了喷射成形工艺制备高铝锌基合金的摩擦磨损性能,并利用扫描电镜、金相显微镜以及透射电镜观察了合金的磨损形貌和内部组织。结果表明,喷射成形工艺制备的锌铝合金有着优异的重载耐磨性能和力学性能,表现在随着载荷的增加,摩擦因数先增加后减小。
【Abstract】 Wear-friction properties of high Al content Zn-based alloy by spray deposition were studied and wear features and surface morphology and microstructure were investigated by TEM and SEM.The alloy has better wear-resistance and higher hardness than as-cast ZA27 alloy.
