【Abstract】 When Chinese traditional law is analyzed,special attention should be paid to correctly understanding the relation among morality,ritual and law,and to rightly holding its essence characterized by the dominance of ethics in accordance with an integrative jurisprudence perspective.Chinese traditional law dominated by morality and ritual was the outcome of the particular historical states in ancient China,which promoted the unification of the whole nation and political stability on the one hand,hindered the political development in ancient china on the other hand for its contradiction to the modern political values such as justice,right,freedom,autonomy,democracy,equality,tolerance,etc.更多还原
