可编程控制器在玻璃生产过程控制中的应用
Application of Programmable Logic Controller in Glass Production Processes Control
【摘要】 介绍了玻璃加工系统的结构组成和工作过程,提出了以可编程控制器PLC、组态王、变频器结合的系统设计方案。采用梯形图以模块化方式编写程序,结合变频器,实现了玻璃加工的运动调速控制、温度控制及相关的报警等功能。运行表明,该系统具有较强数据处理能力、可靠性高、性能好、实用的特点。
【Abstract】 Introduction was made to the structures and working processes of glass processing, putting forth system design plan with combination of programmable logic controller, King View and inverter. To take ladder diagram with modularized method for program programming, combining inverter, realizes movement speed regulation control for glass processing, temperature control and related alarm functionalties. Operations show that the system has strong data processing capability, high in reliability, good in performance and practical in use etc.
