家蝇敌敌畏抗性品系的选育以及乙酰胆碱酯酶和羧酸酯酶的变化

【摘要】 本研究采用敌敌畏对家蝇的自然种群选育了20代,抗性指数由最初的4倍上升至20倍。选育过程中,F2~F14抗性变化不大,抗性指数在8倍左右变动;F15~F20,抗性呈直线增长。通过检测抗性选育过程中家蝇体内乙酰胆碱酯酶和羧酸酯酶的活性表明,这两个酶活性的变化与家蝇对敌敌畏的抗性没有明显的相关关系。但是抗性的发展趋势与家蝇体内乙酰胆碱酯酶或羧酸酯酶对敌敌畏的敏感度降低是一致的。

【Abstract】 Laboratory selection for resistance strain with Dichlorvos (DDVP) was carried out in strains of houseflies Musca domestica collected from Haidian district, Beijing, China. Resistance increased gradually from F0 to F5, and appeared a platform between F6 to F14 and increased significantly from F14. The resistance of the F20 generation, selected by DDVP, was 35 folds in comparison with the susceptible strain. Resistance selection to DDVP has no effect on AChE activity, but Carboxylesterase(Est) activity of DDVP-resistant housefly was higher than the susceptible strain. Reduced sensitivities of AChE and Est to DDVP were associated with resistant level. The study suggested that both increased activity of Est and reduced sensitivities of AChE and Est to inhibitors may be the main resistance mechanisms of houseflies to DDVP.
