微弧氧化处理对Q235钢电镀铝层相结构和性能的影响
Influence of micro-arc oxidation process on phase structure and properties of electroplating aluminum coating on Q235 steel
【摘要】 用AlCl3-NaCl-KCl低温熔融盐体系在Q235钢表面上获得了电镀铝层,并对电镀铝层进行微弧氧化处理。用扫描电镜和X射线衍射分析仪观察和测定了微弧氧化层的表面形貌和相结构,并对其硬度和耐蚀性能进行了测试。结果表明:Q235钢表面上的电镀铝层经不同时间的微弧氧化处理后,其表面形貌与铝及其合金经微弧氧化处理后的相似,为多孔熔融凝固形貌。经30min的微弧氧化处理后,其电镀铝层表面除了存在Al相之外,还出现了-γAl2O3相。经不同时间微弧氧化处理后,电镀铝层的表面硬度和在3.5%NaCl溶液中的电化学耐蚀性能均得到了较大程度的提高,且随微弧氧化时间的延长硬度增加,而电化学耐蚀性能先增加而后降低,最佳处理时间为20min。
【Abstract】 The electroplating aluminum on Q235 steel was obtained by electroplating in molten salt of AlCl3-NaCl-KCl and then was treated by micro-arc oxidation(MAO).The morphology and phase structure of the electroplating aluminum coating were investigated by means of SEM and XRD,and hardness and corrosion resistance of the treated aluminum coating was also examined.The results show that the morphology of surface of the electroplating aluminum coating after micro-arc oxidation for different time is of porous melting solidification and similar to that of surface of aluminum and its alloys treated by micro-arc oxidation.The coating treated for 30min is composed of γ-Al2O3 and Al phase.The hardness and the corrosion resistance in 3.5% NaCl solution of the electroplating aluminum coating treated by micro-arc oxidation are significantly improved.And with micro-arc oxidation time increasing,hardness of the oxidation film increases,and its corrosion resistance increases first and then decreases.
