热处理工艺对中碳TRIP钢微观组织及力学性能的影响
Effect of heat treatment on microstructure and mechanical properties of a medium-carbon TRIP steel
【摘要】 研究了淬火回火(QT)和等温淬火(AT)两种热处理工艺对0.4C-1.5Si-1.5Mn系中碳TRIP钢棒材微观组织和力学性能的影响。结果表明,经等温淬火处理的试样,含有贝氏体铁素体、贝氏体、残余奥氏体及少量马氏体等多相组织,并且试样中含有较高的残余奥氏体量,这使得其常规力学性能明显优于淬火回火马氏体组织的试样。等温淬火工艺经400℃等温600s所获得的力学性能最佳,相变诱发塑性效果也最好,而且基体的组织较为均匀细化,残余奥氏体的含量较高,并有较多的下贝氏体存在,与上贝氏体交替出现对基体进行分割,从而可使实验用TRIP钢具有明显的TRIP效应。
【Abstract】 The effect of quenching-tempering(QT) treatment and austempering(AT) treatment on microstructure and mechanical properties of 0.4C-1.5Si-1.5Mn TRIP steel was investigated.The results show that the microstructure of AT specimen consists of ferrite,bainite,retained austenite and/or a small quantity of martensite,and the initial volume fraction of retained austenite in AT specimen is higher.This kind duplex microstructure makes the mechanical properties of AT specimen be superior to that of QT specimen.Moreover,the observation of microstructure shows that upper bainite aand lower bainite are interlaced in bainitic ferrite matrix,and favorable mechanical properties,homogeneous microstructure,higher amount of retained austenite is obtained for the steel austempered at 400℃ for 600s,which induces obvious TRIP effect.
