均匀化退火对WE43镁合金铸坯组织和性能的影响
Effect of homogenizing annealing on microstructure and mechanical properties of WE43 magnesium alloy
【摘要】 为改善铸态WE43镁合金的成形加工性能,对钢模铸坯试样进行了均匀化退火处理,通过组织观察和维氏硬度测试,分析了不同均匀化退火温度和时间对合金组织和显微硬度的影响。通过拉伸试验测定了其退火后的力学性能,并用SEM观察了断口形貌。结果表明,最优的均匀化退火制度为440℃×18h;在该工艺下均匀化退火后,合金表现出了较好的塑性。
【Abstract】 In order to improve the plasticity of as-cast WE43 magnesium alloy,homogenizing annealing treatment was carried out.Microstructure and mechanical properties of the WE43 magnesium alloy were investigated by optical microscope,hardness test and tensile test.The tensile fracture surface was analyzed by SEM.The results show that the plasticity of the WE43 alloy is much improved after homogenizing annealing at 440℃ for 18h.
