电弧喷涂含非晶相铁基涂层的研究
Study on Fe-based amorphous coating prepared by arc spraying
【摘要】 用电弧喷涂技术在低碳钢基体上制备一种高非晶含量的Fe基合金涂层。采用X射线衍射仪、扫描电镜、透射电镜、显微硬度仪分析测量涂层的组织和性能。采用湿式橡胶轮磨粒磨损试验机测试涂层耐磨粒磨损性能。结果表明,涂层呈典型的层状组织结构,由变形良好的带状粒子相互搭接堆积而成。涂层结构致密,孔隙率低,氧化物含量较少,并具有很高的硬度和耐磨性,相对耐磨性在同等实验条件下为低碳钢的15.2倍。
【Abstract】 Fe-based amorphous alloy coatings were prepared on mild carbon steel substrate by arc spraying.Microstructure and properties of the coatings were investigated by XRD,SEM,TEM and micro-hardness test.Wear resistance of the coatings were eximined by wet sand/rubber wheel abrasive wear tester.The experiment results show that the coating has laminated microstructure with a little micropores and oxides.The coating has high hardness and excellent wear resistance,and its relatively wear resistance is 15.2 times of mild carbon steel in the same experimental condition.
