稀土对机械镀无结晶形成过程及镀层性能的影响
Effect of rare earth on formation and property of coating deposited by mechanical plating without crystallizing
【摘要】 采用机械镀方法制备了锌基稀土无结晶镀层,用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、X射线荧光光谱分析(XRF)等研究了稀土添加对机械镀无结晶镀层形成过程及镀层特性的影响。结果表明,稀土金属盐复合添加剂能影响无结晶镀层形成时金属微粉的集聚、吸附和沉积特性,使金属粉趋于面状吸附-沉积,改善了镀层的形成条件。机械镀锌基稀土合金镀层外观平整、光亮,密度、显微硬度、耐腐蚀性和电化学特性明显优于传统机械镀锌层。
【Abstract】 RE-Zn coating was deposited by mechanical plating without crystallizing.The effect of rare earth on formation and properties of the coating was studied by SEM and XRF.The results show that performance of congregation, adsorption and deposition of metallic powder during the building of coating is influenced by addition of rare earth salt composite. The pattern of adsorption-deposition of metallic powder becomes planar,and condition of coating forming is improved.The compound rare earth additive above mentioned was employed during the process of mechanical zinc plating, and the results show that properties of mechanically deposited zinc coating with rare earth such as density,microhardness,corrosion resistance and electro-chemical performance are superior to that of traditional mechanically deposited zinc coating,and smooth,bright and homogeneous coating is obtained by mechanical plating zinc with addition of rare earth.
