非线性方程法模型中合金元素交互作用因子的确定
Definition of alloying interaction factors in the improvement nonlinear equation simulation model
【摘要】 采用试错法及数理统计分析,获得了改进非线性方程法模拟模型中合金元素交互作用因子的数值,并给出其适用范围。通过对国内外文献中给出的300多种结构钢端淬曲线模拟效果的比较,表明这两种方法得到的交互作用因子均可满足工程要求,同时现场试验结果也证明了这一点。
【Abstract】 Based on the try-and error technique and mathematical logical analysis,the numerical value and its suitable ranges of alloying interaction factors in nonlinear equation numerical simulation model are obtained,respectively.Tested by simulating the Jominy end-quench curves for more than 300 steel grades found in literature,the alloying interaction factors obtained by two ways(mathematical logical analysis and try-and error technique) can both suit to engineering requirement.The experimental test confirms this conclusion.
