【摘要】 2001年和2004年,农民企业家梁希森先生先后投资1.22亿元,改造了山东省乐陵市黄夹镇梁锥村和许家村两个村庄,并投资10亿元,利用腾出的旧宅基地,建起了希森三和集团和希森中联马铃薯产业集团,发展生态农业和循环经济,被国务院发展研究中心专家称为"希森模式"。"希森模式"是工商资本参与社会主义新农村建设的典型代表,创造了良好的经济效益和社会效益,但其运作需要大量资金,由于不能及时融入资金企业渐渐步入资金难局。本文通过对"希森模式"资金投入和流转研究,提出充足的信贷资金支持是工商资本参与农村建设发挥作用的必要条件,若想保证金融资金顺利进入,还需做出一定的、合理的制度安排。更多还原
