【摘要】 目的观察糖尿病大鼠肾小管骨调素(OPN)、单核细胞趋化蛋白-1(MCP-1)表达的动态变化,探讨它们在糖尿病肾病(DN)发生发展中的作用。方法把链脲佐菌素诱导的糖尿病大鼠随机分为五组,每组设正常对照组。免疫组化法检测肾小管OPN、MCP-1和纤维连接蛋白(FN)的表达;PAS染色,光镜观察肾组织形态;生化方法测血糖、血肌酐及尿蛋白。结果OPN、MCP-1主要表达在肾小管上皮细胞,随着糖尿病病程发展,肾小管OPN、MCP-1和FN表达逐渐增加。结论OPN和MCP-1在糖尿病大鼠肾组织表达明显增加,可能参与了DN的发病机制。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the dynamic changes of expression of osteopontin(OPN)and monocyte chemoattractant protein-1(MCP-1) in the renal of diabetic rats and to rinvestigate their roles in diabetic nephropathy.Methods STZ-induced diabetic rats were randomly divided into five groups,every group has a normal age-matched control group.Immunohistochemistry was employed to detect the expression of OPN,MCP-1 and FN in the kidney.The morphological changes of renal tissue werecreatinine and 24 hours urine protein were analysed by chemical methods.Results With the development of diabetes,the expression of OPN,MCP-1 and FN in renal of diabetic groups were increased compared with those of normal age-matched control group(P<0.05).Conclusion OPN and MCP-1 significantly increased in the renal of diabetic rats,which might participate in the pathogeneses of the diabetic nephropathy in diabetic rats.更多还原
