【摘要】 目的:探讨瞬目反射与面神经电图在Bell麻痹患者中的应用价值。方法:对15例Bell麻痹患者发病3~5d进行了瞬目反射与面神经电图的检测,1个月后对其中9例患者进行了复查。结果:发病3~5d主要表现在患侧瞬目反射R1、R2波消失10例,患侧R1、R2和R2′波延长5例,异常率100%;患侧面神经电图测定,潜伏期延长2例,波幅损失率<50%的14例,50%~80%1例,异常率为20%。瞬目反射的异常率明显高于面神经电图的异常率。1个月后对9例患侧BR缺如的患者随访,有2例可检出波形,潜伏期延长,好转率为19%,7例患侧BR仍然未引出。面神经电图患侧潜伏期延长3例,波幅损失率<50%的2例,50%~80%2例,>80%5例,异常率100%,与急性期相比有明显差异。结论:瞬目反射可作为Bell麻痹早期诊断的客观指标,恢复期面神经电图波幅损失率对预后评估有重要意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To evaluate the application of blink reflex and electroneurography in the patients with Bell’s palsy. Method: Blink reflex and electroneurography were performed in 15 patients with Bell’s palsy 3 to 5 days after the onset of the illness.Nine of them were rechecked one month later. Result: The abnormality rate of blink reflex was 100% on the 3-5day. The abnormality rate of electroneurography was 20%. In the one-month-later follow-up, two cases with disappeared BR before could detected the wave and delayed lacency.The improvement rate of BR was 19%, the abnormality rate of electroneurography was 100%, the difference was significant compared with the results of the acute stage. Conclusion: Blink reflex is an objective index in the early diagnosis of Bell’s palsy. In convalescence stage, reduced amplidute electroneurography has important significance in the evaluation of prognosis.更多还原
