【摘要】 目的:探讨外科治疗高血压脑出血的714例的手术治疗体会。方法:采用钻孔血肿穿刺吸出和开颅血肿清除手术两种方法。消除血肿,制止出血,缓解颅内压增高,解除脑受压,促进神经功能的进一步恢复。结果:治愈好转率达69%,死亡率31%。结论:对于高血压性脑出血的治疗观念一般都采用非手术治疗,在病情严重的情况下才采用手术治疗,手术时要选择手术的适应证、手术时机、手术方法。术前、术后都要处理好病理变化,防止病变,减少死亡率,提高患者生存率和生活质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the surgical treatment of 714 cases with hypertensive brain hemorrhage.Method Drill hematoma puncture blotting and craniamphitom hematoma clear operation were applied.Results Cure and improve rate was 69%,and the mortality rate was 31%.Conclusion Hypertensive brain hemorrhage is generally treated with nonoperation,operation is only applied in the cases of serious condisition.In order to improve the patients’ survival rate and life quality,we should choose the operation indication,operation opportunity and operation method.更多还原
