腕部掌侧切割伤早期显微外科修复
Early microsurgery repair for volar incised wound of wrist
【摘要】 目的:探讨腕部掌侧切割伤早期显微外科修复方法。方法:对38例腕部掌侧切割伤中的屈肌腱214条、伸肌腱21条、动脉31条、神经36条,均早期采用显微外科技术进行修复。结果:本组38例随访,手指屈曲功能优良率达到86%,神经恢复正常,手指血运良好。结论:采用显微外科技术对腕掌侧损伤的所有组织进行早期修复,是手指功能得以顺利恢复的保证。
【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the early microsurgery repair method for volar incised wound of wrist. MethodEarly microsurgery technique was appied to 38 cases with wrist incised wound,including 214 flexor tendons,21 extensor tendons,31 arteries and 36 nerves.ResultsThe superior rate of finger flexion function was 86%.Nerve function recovery and blood supply of finger were good.ConclusionApplying early microsurgery technique to repair the tissues of wrist incisied wound is the guarantee for finger function recovery.
