山核桃枝条的制浆性能
Pulping Properties of Hickory Branch
【摘要】 拓展制浆造纸原料对于应对当前造纸原料的短缺具有重要意义。本文对山核桃在制浆造纸方面进行了初步探讨,对纤维形态、化学组分、蒸煮情况及漂白性能等几方面进行了试验,采用与几种常用造纸原料的比较分析来探究山核桃在制浆方面的价值。通过以上分析得出:山核桃从纤维形态和蒸煮情况及漂白方面来看,是一种很好的制浆造纸原料,纤维长度>103μm,长宽比>50,但纤维素含量低,仅35.92%,半纤维素含量更低,为7.76%,化学组分是其作为制浆造纸原料的最大局限。在蒸煮工艺条件方面,用碱量11%、硫化度20%、保温100min、最高蒸煮温度165℃,粗浆得率为46.73%。如果考虑到不同的纸种要求及山核桃的综合利用,山核桃不失为一种很好的原料。
【Abstract】 Developing new paper making raw materials has important significance because of shortage of paper making raw materials. Fiber morphology,chemical components,cooking and bleaching properties of hickory branch were researched by comparison with several kinds of normal raw materials. The conclusion that hickory was a kind of good raw paper making raw materials at the aspect of fiber morphology,cooking and bleaching properties were drawn. Length of fiber was more than 103 μm,and length-width ratio was more than 50. But cellulose and semi-cellulose contents were low,only 35.92% and 7.76% respectively. Chemical components situation made the largest limitation for hickory applying to making papers. The optimum cooking process conditions were alkali dosage 11%,sulfidity 25%,heat preservation 100 min,maximum temperature 165 ℃,and coarse pulp rate was 46.73%. In term of various paper demands and comprehensive utilization of hickory,hickory could be used as paper making raw material.
