【摘要】 以蜂胶为佐剂制备小鹅瘟蜂胶佐剂灭活苗,将病毒液灭活后按一定比例加入蜂胶佐剂制备疫苗,并进行疫苗安全性、免疫持续期、效力对比、保存期及区域应用试验,结果表明小鹅瘟蜂胶灭活疫苗安全性好,第5天即产生抗体且抗体持续时间长(90d),免疫效果远好于油乳剂灭活苗,推广试验也取得了令人满意的结果。更多还原

【Abstract】 Gosling Plague inactive vaccine was made by using propolis as adjuvant.Vaccine was made by adding propolis to inactived virus solution and then vaccine safety,immunity duration,effect comparison,retention period and regionalapplication were tested.The results showed that safety of the propolis vaccine was good,antibody was produced at the fifth day of immunity and immunity duration is long which is better than that of oil-emulsion inactivated vaccine.results of the popularization test also were satisfied.更多还原
