1500MPa可控间隙活塞式压力计研究

【摘要】 研制成功了可控间隙的1 500 MPa活塞压力计。压力计的活塞采用了精密的研磨工艺,其圆柱度达到0.1μm;增压器的密封采用局部面积不支撑原理,密封性能良好,工作寿命大于600小时;活塞转动机构采用力偶式弹性推力筒,砝码的晃动量小于1 mm;高压管路密封件采用80°锥核,密封性能很好。在特性试验中还对活塞下降速度与外套压力的关系、外套压力与测量压力的关系以及套筒特征参数的变化规律作了仔细研究。压力计的准确度达到0.02级,灵敏阈为0.03 MPa,年稳定性为0.01%,现已被批准作为超高压力国家基准。

【Abstract】 A deadweight piston gauge for pressure up to 1500MPa is developed using the principle of controlled-clearance.A precise furbishing art is used for the working piston of this gauge.The cylindricity of the piston is better than 0.1 μm.The principle of unsupported area is used for sealing of the intensifier, its leakproofness is fine,and the operation lifetime of intensifier is more than 600 hours.A forces couple type spring thrust cylinder is used for the rotary apparatus of piston.The swinging of the weight is less than 1 mm.An 80° cone is used for sealing in the high pressure pipe connection,so that its sealing performance is very good.This piston gauge is confirmed to have a accuracy degree of 0.02,its sensitivity is 0.03 MPa and annual stability is 0.01%.Now this piston gauge is the national primary standard of high pressure.
