【摘要】 短道速滑项目是我国冬季运动中的优势项目,但短道速滑运动员跟腱慢性损伤发病率高,影响运动成绩的提高,采用以针灸梅花刺为主,配合按摩并辅以运动疗法的综合性治疗方法,治疗74例短道速滑运动员的跟腱慢性损伤,治愈率81%,有效率100%。这种综合性的治疗方法对跟腱慢性损伤的恢复可起到理想的效果,为跟腱慢性损伤的治疗提供了一套有效的治疗方案,同时训练前后的功能练习是预防跟腱损伤的有效手段。更多还原

【Abstract】 By integrative treatment method related to acupuncture plum blossom with massage and exercise therapy,there are 54 Junior Speed Skaters to be treated.The curative effect is 81% in cure and 100% in effectiveness.This show that the integrative treatment is better for treating and renewing the Speed Skaters’Achilles Tendon Injuries.更多还原
