中老年2型糖尿病患者运动干预模型的研究

【摘要】 目的:探讨运动干预模型对2型糖尿病患者糖和脂肪代谢的影响效果。方法:以50名2型糖尿病患者为对象,采用运动时候习惯测定仪,对BMI(体重kg/身高m2)、标准体重、运动目标达成度、总能量消耗(kcal)、运动量(kcal)、运动步数、运动强度等级(0-9级)等进行了8周的全天候监控疗法,然后观察其监控前后BMI、FBG(mmoi/L)、PBG(mmoi/L)、HbAIc(%)、TC(mmol/L)|、TG(mmol/L)评价指标的变化。结果:监控实验前后比较除BMI以外,FBG(mmoi/L)、PBG(mmoi/L)具有非常显著性差异(P<0.01),HbAIc(%)、TC(mmol/L)|、TG(mmol/L)也差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:对2型糖尿病患者实施严格的运动生活习惯监控疗法可有效地改善脂肪的代谢水平。

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the influence and effect of movement monitoring therapy upon glucose and fat metabolism in patients with type 2 diabetes.Method:Taking 50 patients with type 2 diabetes as the targets,we adopted measuring instrument of living habits when they are in movement,and had whole-day(24 hours) monitoring therapy for about 8 weeks about BMI(weight kg/ height m2),standard body weight,movement finished goal,total energy consumption(kcal),physiological load of exercise(kcal0,movement steps,and movement intensity rank observing the change of BMI,FMG(mmoi/L),PBG(mmoi/L),HbAIc(%),TC(mmol/L),TG(mmoil/L) in data evaluation before the monitoring.Result:After comparing data with that before monitoring experiment except BMI,FBG(mmoi/L and PBG(mmoi/L) has obvious characteristic differences(P<0.01,HbAIc(%),along with TC(mmol/L) and TG(mmol/L).Conclusion:Carrying out strict monitoring therapy of movement living habits to the patients with type 2 diabetes can be efficiently improved in glucose and fat metabolism.
