【摘要】 随着阜新市经济转型的深入推进,住宅市场也随之火爆.笔者采用阜新市1996年~2005年的10年统计经济数据,在全面对阜新市住宅市场进行调研的基础上,分析了居民对几种住宅面积的需求,并通过建立回归模型对住宅需求进行了预测,针对当前现状并对阜新市住宅产业的发展提出了建议和对策,以期望为阜新市房地产业的健康合理发展和政府决策提供科学的依据.更多还原

【Abstract】 With the further promotion of economic transformation to Fuxin city,the real estate market has also become outraged.The paper adopts ten years’ statistics data of Fuxin city,on the basis of full investigation towards the Fuxin housing market,analyzing the effect factors of the demand of residential market,and forecasting through the regression model to the Fuxin housing market,comes up the suggestion and countermeasure for Housing Industry Status,expecting to provide scientific and reasonable basis on the housing estate for the healthy development and the strategic decision by the government departments.更多还原
