重型半挂车侧倾稳定性仿真与分析
Simulation and analysis of roll stability for heavy tractor semi-trailers
【摘要】 针对重型半挂车侧倾稳定性问题,建立了车速可变的八自由度动力学模型。在变车速情况下进行了阶跃转向输入下的仿真,并分析了重型半挂车结构参数和车速对其侧翻稳定性的影响。仿真结果表明:牵引车驱动轴为侧倾稳定性危险车轴,当车速过高或前轮转角过大时,首先离地;增大各轴轮距、降低簧载质量质心高度、提高半挂车悬架侧倾刚度、降低牵引车悬架侧倾刚度能够有效地提高重型半挂车侧倾稳定性。
【Abstract】 Dealing with this question,this research sets up eight-freedom vehicle dynamic model with adjustable speed and simulates roll stability with different vehicle speeds under step steering input in Matlab/simulink,then analyses the vehicle speeds and structure parameters effect on roll stability. The simulation result shows that the drive axle of tractor lifts off firstly,result in the vehicle rollover when the speed or steering angle exceeds threshold values;the roll stability of heavy tractor semi- trailers can be promoted by enlarging track,reducing the center height of sprung mass,enhancing roll stiffness of trailer suspension,reducing roll stiffness of tractor suspension.
