挤压油膜阻尼器油膜周向惯性速度的分布
Oil film circumferential inertial velocity distribution in squeeze film dampers
【摘要】 针对挤压油膜阻尼器(SFD)长轴承模型,根据含有流体惯性项的Navier-Stokes方程建立了油膜周向惯性速度的模型,并通过数值计算验证了模型的正确性。油膜惯性速度模型的分析结果表明,当油膜雷诺数Re小于2时,可忽略油膜惯性对油膜周向速度分布的影响,但随着Re值的增大,即转子速度的升高,这种忽略将增大油膜动力参数的分析误差。本文建立的SFD长轴承油膜周向惯性速度模型为深入研究油膜惯性对油膜动力参数的影响奠定了基础。
【Abstract】 An oil film circumferential velocity distribution model was established for the squeeze film damper(SFD) with the long bearing assumption based on Navier-Stokes equations with the fluid inertia terms.The model was validated by the numerical calculation.Analysis results by the model show that the effect of the fluid inertia on the oil film circumferential velocity distribution may be neglected when the Reynolds number of the squeeze film Re<2,but with the Re increasing,the neglect of the inertia increases the analysis error of the oil film dynamic paramters.The model for the SFD provids a basis for the further investigation into the effect of the oil film inertia on the film dynamic parameters.
