【摘要】 《现代大学英语》精读教材是北京外国语大学根据当代语言教学的研究成果和多年的教学经验,精心编写的供高等院校英语专业本科学生使用的普通高等教育"十五"国家规划教材。本文基于教材出版六年来的教学应用实践,指出该套教材在很大程度上满足了学习者的需求,对英语专业本科生的培养发挥着重要的作用,同时并提出了完善英语精读课程建设的意见。更多还原

【Abstract】 Contemporary College English: Intensive Reading,a textbook meant for English majors in China’s institutions of higher education in its 10th 5-year-plan period,is compiled by the experts from Beijing Foreign Language University on the basis of decades of their researches and experiences on language teaching.The article states this textbook’s great contribution to meeting learners’ needs and further illustrates the ideas on how to improve such course.更多还原
