用催化湿式过氧化氢氧化法降解间硝基苯磺酸钠的影响因素
Influence Factors for the Degradation of Sodium m-Nitrobenzene Sulfonate by CWPO
【摘要】 采用催化湿式过氧化氢氧化法(CWPO)对间硝基苯磺酸钠溶液进行降解,比较了不同的催化剂(Co/Bi,Mn/Ce,Cu/Mn/Ce,Cu(NO3)2,活性炭)和氧化剂(过氧化氢和氧气)对间硝基苯磺酸钠的降解效率,并研究了催化剂用量、初始氧分压、间硝基苯磺酸钠浓度、过氧化氢用量、反应温度对去除效率的影响.结果表明,以Cu(NO3)2为催化剂的CWPO法对间硝基苯磺酸钠具有较理想的降解效果,反应温度、过氧化氢用量和间硝基苯磺酸钠的浓度对降解反应具有显著的影响,氧气和催化剂的加入能提高反应效率,此外,升温过程也对CWPO降解间硝基苯磺酸钠有较大影响.
【Abstract】 Degradation of sodium m-nitrobenzene sulfonate was investigated by the catalytic wet peroxide oxidation(CWPO),and the removal effectiveness of the degradation were compared under conditions of different catalysts(Co/Bi,Mn/Ce,Cu/Mn/Ce,Cu(NO3)2,and activated carbon) and oxidants(peroxide and oxygen).Meanwhile,the effects of the reaction conditions, including reaction temperature,amounts of peroxide and catalyst,oxygen partial pressure and the initial concentration on the removal efficiencies were also discussed.The results show that sodium m-nitrobenzene sulfonate was more efficiently decomposed by CWPO with Cu(NO3)2 as catalyst;the reaction temperature,amounts of peroxide and sodium m-nitrobenzene sulfonate have significant influence on the degradation reaction.Besides,the addition of oxygen and catalyst can enhance the degradation efficiency.Otherwise,the temperature-increasing process has important influence on the degradation of sodium m-nitrobenzene sulfonate through CWPO.
