表层沉积物和生物膜对双酚A的非线性吸附

【摘要】 以松花江表层沉积物和生物膜为例,建立液相色谱法快速检测水中双酚A(BPA),并研究了BPA在表层沉积物(SSs)和生物膜(NSCSs)上的吸附规律.结果表明,采用液相色谱法,配以紫外检测器,对BPA的检测限(MDLs)为10μg/L,相对标准偏差(RSD)为2.6%~5.7%,加标回收率为99.4%~117.8%(n=5).吸附实验结果表明,BPA在松花江表层沉积物和生物膜上的吸附过程主要为非线性吸附,Freundlich和Langmuir等温线均可描述BPA在表层沉积物和生物膜样品上的热力学吸附过程(p=0.001,n=8).与表层沉积物相比,生物膜有机质含量较高,具有较强的吸附能力.

【Abstract】 The adsorption of an endocrine disrupting compound(bisphenol A,BPA) on surface sediments(SSs) and natural surface coating samples(NSCSs) collected in the Songhua River were investigated based on the estabilishment of a rapid detection method of BPA through high-performance liquid chromatography(HPLC).Without preconcentration,the detection limit(MDLs) of BPA by HPLC combined with UV detection at a wavelength of 220 nm was 10 μg/L,and the relative standard deviation(RSD) was 2.6%~ 5.7%.The addition recovery was in a range of 99.4%~117.8%(n =5).The results indicate that the adsorption of BPA belongs to a non-linear one and the adsorption progress fit well to Freundlich and Langmuir isotherms at a significance level of p =0.001(n =8).Compared with SSs,NSCSs had a better capacity for adsorbing BPA due to its higher organic materials contents.
