【摘要】 目的探讨综合心理行为训练对首次住院精神分裂症患者治疗依从性和满意度的影响。方法将首次住院的精神分裂症患者120例随机分为对照组和训练组各60例,训练组患者在利培酮药物治疗的基础上接受为期8周的综合心理行为训练;对照组仅接受利培酮药物治疗。用自行设计治疗依从性问卷、自知力与治疗态度问卷(ITAQ)、简明精神病量表(BPRS)、总体幸福感量表在入组前及入组后第4、8周进行相应的测查。结果2组患者在8周末治疗依从性比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。训练组治疗后ITAQ评分显著高于对照组,BPRS评分显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。且与对照组比较明显改善了患者在住院期间的满意度(P<0.001)。结论综合心理行为训练可提高首次住院精神分裂症患者治疗依从性和满意度。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effect of comprehensive psychological/behavioral training on the compliance and satisfaction of schizophrenic inpatients.Methods 120 first schizophrenia inpatients were divided into the training group(60 cases) and control group(60 cases) randomly.The patients with schizophrenia in two groups who were treated by risperidone,while the 8-week comprehensive psychological/behavioral training was used in the training group.the therapy compliance Question 、ITAQ 、BPRS and the holistic happy scale were used between the two groups.Results The compliance in the training group was significantly better than that of in control group(P<0.01) and The satisfaction of the training group increased significantly compared to the control(P<0.001).Conclusion Comprehensive psychological/behavioral training can significantly improve therapy compliance and satisfaction of schizophrenic inpatients.更多还原
