【摘要】 目的探讨国产奥氮平治疗精神分裂症的临床疗效、不良反应。方法将32例符合CCMD-3诊断标准的精神分裂症病人给予国产奥氮平治疗8周,用阳性与阴性症状量表(PANSS)和副反应量表(TESS)评定其疗效和不良反应。结果完成8周治疗的32例精神分裂症病人,基本痊愈9例(28.1%),显进11例(34.4%),进步7例(21.9%),无效5例(15.6%),总有效率为84.4%,不良反应少。结论国产奥氮平治疗精神分裂症安全有效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the clinical efficacy and side effects of the domestic olanzapine in the treatment of schizophrenia.Methods 32 Patients who met CCMD-3 diagnosis criterion for schizophrenia were treated with the domestic olanzapine for 8 weeks,and assessed with Positive and Negative Syndrome Scale(PANSS) and Treatment Emergent Side effect Scale(TESS) for the clinical efficacy and side effects.Results Of 32 cases schizophrenia patients who completed the 8 weeks treatment,9 cases(28.1%) were cured,11 cases(34.4%) were markedly improved,7 cases(21.9%) were improved and 5 cases(15.6%) had no response.Total effective rate was 84.4%,Side effects were slight.Conclusion The study suggests that the domestic olanzapine is effective and safe in the treatment of schizophrenia.更多还原
