【摘要】 目的调查仫佬族地区不同民族医务人员心理健康状况。方法采用分层随机抽样的方法对405例医务人员进行SCL-90测评。结果仫佬族地区医务人员SCL-90评分高于中国常模,不同民族医务人员之间SCL-90评分无差异,但不同民族的心理症状的表现不同。仫佬族医务人员的心理症状表现为躯体化、强迫症状、抑郁、焦虑、敌对、恐怖、偏执、精神病性8组症状;汉族的心理症状包括躯体化、焦虑、恐怖与精神病性4组症状;壮族的心理症状包括恐怖、偏执与精神病性3组症状;苗族的人际关系、焦虑和敌对3组症状少于一般人群。结论仫佬族地区医务人员心理健康状况较差,不同民族的心理症状的表现不同。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the mental health status of medical staffs among different nationality in Mulao ethnicity area.Methods 405 medical staffs stratified random sampling were assessed by Symptom Checklist 90(SCL-90).Results The scores of SCL-90 of medical staffs in Mulao ethnicity area are significantly higher than the norm(P<0.01),there are no significantly different among different nationality in Mulao ethnicity area(P>0.05).But the appearance of psychological problems of different nationality are different,psychological problems of Mulao ethnicity are somatization,obsessive symptom,depression,anxiety,hostile,phobic,partial,psychosis;Han ethnicity are somatization,anxiety,phobic,psychosis;Zhuang ethnicity are phobic,partial and psychosis;Interpersonal relationship,anxiety and hostile of Miao ethnicity are less than general people.Conclusion The mental health status of medical staffs in Mulao ethnicity area is poor,the psychological problems are different among different nationality in Mulao ethnicity area.更多还原
