【摘要】 目的:探讨中药保留灌肠对慢性肾功能衰竭辨证施护的效果。方法:将60例脾肾阳虚型慢性肾衰竭患者随机分为治疗组30例和对照组30例。两组在基础治疗相同的情况下均予中药保留灌肠,其中治疗组再应用中医辨证施护,记录两组患者中药药物在肠道内保留时间及观察治疗前后肾功能的变化。结果:两组患者治疗后血肌酐和尿素氮与治疗前相比均下降(p<0.05);治疗组中药药物保留时间长于对照组(p<0.05);治疗组血肌酐和尿素氮下降幅度大于对照组(p<0.05)。结论:中药灌肠治疗慢性肾衰竭能降低血肌酐和尿素氮,辨证施护能延长药物保留时间、增强疗效。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE:To study the Chinese medicine retention enema Treating chronic renal failure with Sympotoms and signs based mursing.METHOD:Sixty patients chronic renal failure patients were randomly assigned into two groups.The treatment group and control group had thirty patients respectivly.On the basis of the same treatments the two groups received the chinese medicine retention enema,but the treatment group patients were given Sympotoms and signs based mursing.The time of the drup keeping in the intestinal was recorded and the change of the renal function was observed.RESULTS: The blood urea nitrogen and serum creatinine of the two groups droped(p<0.05).The keeping time of the drug in the intestinal of the treatment group was longer than the control group(p<0.05).The treatment group serum creatinine and blood urea nitrogen droped by more than the control group(p<0.05).CONCLUSION:The Chinese medicine kept in the intestinal can drop the blood serum creatinine and blood urea nitrogen.Sympotoms and signs based mursing can prolong the keeping time of the drug in the intestina and enhance the efficacy.更多还原
