低温等离子射频消融治疗椎间盘源性腰痛60例
LOW TEMPERATURE PLASMA RADIO FREQUENCY ABLATION TREATMENT ON LUMBAGO CAUSED BY PROLAPSE INTERVERTEBRAL DISC
【摘要】 目的:探讨椎间盘源性腰痛的简单、安全、有效、微创的现代治疗方法,并对其疗效进行观察分析。方法:对60例经MRI或椎间盘造影确诊采用低温等离子射频消融治疗,并对其疗效进行观察分析。结果:随访6~19月,平均13月。57例症状有不同程度改善,总有效率为95.5%。术中无1例出现脊髓神经及大血管损伤或术后感染等并发症。手术时间为12~30min,平均16min,术后腰痛减轻或消失。结论:低温等离子射频消融治疗椎间盘源性腰痛,是一种先进、安全、有效的椎间盘微创手术。具有操作简单、安全、微创、疗效佳、恢复快、符合生物力学原理,最大限度的恢复劳动力,使患者能够生活自理,提高生活质量,回归家庭和社会,有益于病人身心健康,创造更好的社会效益。临床实践证明该治疗值得推广应用。
【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE:To evaluate treatment of low temperature plasma radio frequency ablation on lumbago caused by prolapse of intervertebral disc.METHOD: 60 patients with prolapse of intervertebral disc were conducted treatment of low temperature plasma radio frequency ablation and the therapeutic effect was evaluated.RESULTS:The symptoms in 57 cases had been improved with varied extents and total effective rate of 95.5% during the 6 to 9 month follow-up.One case encountered spinal never and blood vessel injury as well as postoperative infection.The operation time was 12 to 30 minutes with average of 16.CONCLUSION:Low temperature plasma radio frequency ablation is featured with safety,effectiveness and mini-trauma for treatment of prolapse of intervertebral disc.It is a technique of simple,easily-handle,biomechanics appropriated and suggested to be extended clinically.
