【Abstract】 Income distribution is a series of events.To judge Income distribution is fair or not,we must study the whole flow which formed the final result of income distribution,instead of merely the income gap itself.They are equal opportunity,equal rule,distribution according to contribution and appropriate regulation what are four elements of fair income distribution.Among these,the first three parts which is the emphasis of fairness can be regarded as equal rights or justice,and they are main standards to judge whether income distribution is fair or not.To efficiently avoid various of misunderstanding and misleading,income distribution policy should emphasize fair opportunity,fair rule,distribution according to contribution and appropriate regulation,then assisted by the government’s moderate adjustment.更多还原
