【摘要】 目的探讨粤西大学生青年体围与皮脂发育的特点、规律及性别差异,了解当地大学生的体型、体质、皮脂发育情况,为制定适合当地大学生的体育课程、运动员选材、饮食与运动方案提供参考。方法应用Heath-Carter体型法,对粤西18~22岁的大学生体围与皮脂进行了调研。结果男女青年平均体型值分别为(2.9-3.9-3.5)和(4.9-1.4-3.2),男女青年分别属均衡的中胚层体型和内胚层-中胚层均衡体型;男女青年间SAD值为2.73,体型有非常显著的性别差异(P<0.001)。结论粤西大学生体围与皮脂发育特点:男性骨骼肌比较发达,身体比较结实,体型类型高度集中于中胚层体型;女性皮脂发育比较丰满,肌肉相对少,体型偏于内胚层体型。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective In order to obtain the data for physical education,athlete selection,diet and physical exercise,we investigated the somatotype characteristics,body-round and sebum cutaneum of college students in the western district of Guangdong province.Methods The body-round and sebum cutaneum of college students with 18-22 years old were measured by Heath-Carter method.Results The male value of somatotype was(2.9-3.9-3.5) and female was(4.9-1.4-3.2),they were balanced mesomorphy and endomorphy-mesomorphy respectively.The SAD between male and female was 2.73,the somatotype have obviously sex difference(P<0.001).Conclusion The somatotype of the male youth is mesomorphy,while the sebum cutaneum of female is prone to endomorphy.更多还原
